Refund and Returns Policy

At Hooriya Creation, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide only the highest quality halal products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Hijabs, scarves, or innerwear that have been worn or tried on

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Customized or personalized products

2. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hooriyacreation11@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

 

To begin the return process:

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.
